PAYG Withholding, up to $100,000

*Eligible businesses that pay salary and wages will receive a minimum payment of $20,000, even if they are not required to withhold tax.

The ATO will deliver the payment as a credit to the business upon lodgment of their activity statements. Where this places the business in a refund position, the ATO will deliver the refund within 14 days. The payment will be a tax-free refund or credit.

What do I need to do?

Nothing if we look after your bookkeeping and BAS lodgments, the credit will automatically be processed upon lodgment of your BAS and IAS by Select Accounting. If you need someone to lodge your BAS or IAS on your behalf, contact us so we can help you.

JobKeeper Payment $1500

*Eligible businesses impacted by the Coronavirus will be able to access a subsidy from the Government to continue paying their employees.

Support for Apprentices and Trainees $21,000

The government is supporting *eligible small business to retain their apprentices and trainees

What do I need to do?

Register for the subsidy from April 2020 online by finding the best AASN provider for your business.

Apprentices and Trainees Support

Boosting Cash Flow for Employers - between $20,000 and $100,000

*Eligible businesses will be able to access cashflow boosts of between $20,000 and $100,000 via credits upon lodgment of activity statements.

What do I need to do?

Nothing if we look after your bookkeeping and BAS lodgments. Upon lodgment of your activity statement , the first amount will automatically be credited to the business' account, but no earlier than 29 April 2020.
